In this episode of Magnetically You, I share 6 simple rituals I personally come back to—again and again—to reset my energy with intention, ease, and presence. These aren’t rigid routines. They’re soft, supportive ways to meet yourself where you are and realign with what feels true.
When you feel off, your mind tends to spiral into overthinking:
“Why am I feeling this way?”
“What do I need to fix?”
“How do I get back to feeling good… fast?”
But what if nothing actually needed to be fixed?
What if your low moment didn’t mean something was wrong—but simply that you’ve drifted from yourself?
Coming back to center isn’t about controlling your way out of discomfort. It’s about softening into it, listening to your energy, and choosing alignment from here.
One of the things I shared in this episode is that your whole day doesn’t have to spiral just because your morning felt heavy. The momentum can shift in just a few minutes—if you let it.
That’s where these rituals come in.
Here are the practices I come back to often. You don’t need to do all of them. Just choose the one that meets you in this moment:
The fastest, simplest reset. Let each breath be slower than the last. Really experience/feel the breath versus thinking about it. As you exhale, let out an audible sigh, grunt, or hum if it feels good.
Just one breath with full presence is enough to cut through the momentum of the mind.
Shift your focus inward. What emotions, sensations, or energies are present? What’s here right now? Just notice and allow yourself to experience yourself exactly as you are in this moment.
Give yourself full permission to feel any emotions present for 30–90 seconds. No fixing. Just presence.
Dive head-on into feeling and feel how it feels directly. Breathe, shake, grunt, hum… make whatever noises or movements feel natural.
Use these gentle prompts to set a supportive intention and/or ask for support or clarity from your intuition:
Write down what your mind is holding onto—tasks, stress, to-do’s. Then consciously hand it over to your inner voice.
It can help to tell yourself something like:
“I’m handing this over to you, inner voice. This is no longer mine to worry about or hold onto.”
Here’s my exact phone note I use for my Hand It Over list:

Write it down. Hand it over. Trust the timing.
🕊️ Prayer to Release:
Help me release the pressure to finish it all now,
and trust that what needs to get done by me
will get done by me when it needs to get done by me.
💌 A note to my inner voice:
I hand these over to you.
If they are mine to return to, I trust you’ll bring them back in perfect timing.

Journal or voice-memo everything on your mind. No filter. Let it out so you’re no longer carrying it.
This isn’t about solving for your thoughts but becoming aware of them and freeing your mind of them.
You don’t have to try harder to feel clear.
You don’t have to do more to feel better.
Your natural clarity is still there—beneath the pressure, beneath the overwhelm, beneath the noise. These rituals are how I return to it.
This episode is a permission slip. You don’t need to wait for the perfect time or perfect plan to realign.
You can start now—with a single breath, a single check-in, a single intention.
Because the energy of your day, your body, your life… can shift fast.
